TODAY’S RECIPE
PINK PEPPER FILLET, ITALIAN CUISINE
Cook with Vittoria and Giulia a delicious PINK PEPPER FILLET, a delicious main course with on top a soft and delicate cream flavored with pink pepper. Enjoy it with a glass of a young red wine at your St.Valentine’s Day dinner.
The Ingredients are:
- 2 slices of beef fillet
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & Pepper
- 30 gr or 1 oz of butter
- 1 small sprig of rosemary
- Half a glass of white wine ( we used our Mille Colori della Marronaia )
- 125 ml or 1/2 cup and 1 tsp of single cream
- Pink pepper as needed
