Il periodo di vendemmia è nel mese di settembre. Questa viene effettuata a mano e l’uva viene trasportata direttamente in cantina, dove avviene una pressatura leggera delle uve. La vinificazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata non superiore a 17 °.
Nei primi giorni di Marzo avviene la spumantizzazione secondo il metodo charmant che prevede la fermentazione fino alla spumantizzazione in vasche di acciaio.

Il nostro Quarzo della Marronaia è il vino che le donne della Marronaia hanno voluto creare e dedicare alle donne di tutto il mondo. Abbiamo deciso di celebrare il loro potere e la loro unicità, creando un vino frizzante come le vibrazioni scintillanti che le donne emanano. Inoltre, a partire dal 2021, abbiamo iniziato una meravigliosa collaborazione Valdelsa Donna, un’associazione locale che aiuta le donne affette da cancro al seno con sostegno psicologico e fisico.
SOMMELIER TIPS
Esame visivo: rosa chiaro con perlage fine e persistente.
Esame olfattivo: fresco, frizzante, con un grande e delicato bouquet di ciliegie, prugne e frutti di bosco.
Esame gustativo: al palato è fresco ed elegante, dolce sul finale.
ABBINAMENTI CONSIGLIATI
Perfetto per un piacevole aperitivo, si adatta bene anche con carne di maiale o pesce piatti leggeri, pasta con verdure e formaggi freschi.

Our shipment of wines just arrived and we chilled the wine as soon as possible. We had tasted the sparkling white at the winery and loved it, so we thought we would take a chance on their sparkling Sangiovese. It was absolutely delicious! Light and crisp for a warm summer meal. I also have to comment on the packaging they use for shipping. All bottles arrived unharmed and I could see the styrofoam packing took any impact from the bottles. I highly recommend this wine and am now ordering another 12 bottles so they arrive when we are at the end of our supply.
