LIGHT BEEF STRIPS

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia light beef strips, a fast and fresh meat course perfect during these hot days. We added some rocket salad and cherry tomatoes to add a summer touch, you can add other vegetables obviously. Very important is to find a nice beef cut, that stays soft and melts in your mouth.

The Ingredients for 4 people are:

  • 400 gr or 14 oz of beef slices
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a bunch of Rocket salad
  • 200 gr or 7 oz of cherry tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • E.V.O. Olive Oil
