FAST PIZZA

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia the most iconic dish of Italy the Pizza, but not the common one. You are going to make the FAST PIZZA. The main characteristic is that is super quick because the dough doesn’t t have to rise.

The Ingredients are:

• 400 gr or 12,5 oz of Flour
• 20 gr or 3/4 oz od Dry yeast
• a tsp of Salt
• 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Special Edition”
• 1 cup of Water
• 1 tomato/li>
• 1 mozzarella cheese
• basil & rosemary
