SPELT SOUP (ITALIAN CUISINE)
Cook with Vittoria and Giulia the spelt soup, a perfect winter dish, and a traditional Tuscan dish. The Spelt soup is perfect served as a main dish, but you can also make smaller portions and serve it as a starter or appetizer. It would be a nice start that warms up your soul during these cold winter days.
The Ingredients are:
- 300 gr or 11 oz of Spelt
- 3 Potatoes – 1 Carrot
- 3 tbs E.v.o. Olive Oil “Special Edition”
- 1 Celery – 1Onion or 2 Small
- 1 Tomato or 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Liter and a half or 1US quart and 2 Cups of Vegetable Broth
- Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
