BRESAOLA RECIPE | ITALIAN CUISINE
Cook with Vittoria and Giulia a delicious antipasti made of a typical Italian cold-cut named Bresaola. The Bresaola has its origins in Valtellina, in the North of Italy, and in its name you can find the word “sal” ( salt ). This tells us that the Bresaola is aged using salt in the process. It has a delicate and light taste, perfect to pair with creamy cheeses like ricotta, blue cheese, or cream cheese.
The Ingredients are:
- 200 gr or 7 oz of Bresaola ( if you can’t find it just use ham )
- 200 gr or 7 oz of Ricotta Cheese
- 20 gr or ¾ oz of Rocket Salad
- 50 gr or 2 oz of walnuts
- Salt & Pepper
- E.V.O. Olive Oil
